The fabric material we developed with a copper ion is a product that contains a copper ionic compound, which is a type of biopolymer and it contains 110,000 ppm of copper.
By using the fabric to the outer layer of the face mask, the virus can be killed when it touches the mask surface (outer layer).

 

 

Why CAZ is necessary?

Masks prevent individuals from inhaling the virus. However, the viruses can multiply without dying on the surface of the mask. 

This means you collect the virus from the outside with a mask and take it to your home. 
It would be terrible if you touched your family with a hand that touched a virus-contaminated mask. 
You will spread the virus around you, through handles, railings, and furniture. 

WHO emphasizes that you should never touch the mask, take off the mask strap outside the house before entering the house, and discard it in a closed can. Everyone recognizes this fact, but we have no choice but to touch the mask unconsciously. 

In particular, it is said that young children touch the mask hundreds of times a day and then touch the mouth and nose again with their hands. Constantly spread the virus to everything around. 

Eventually, the virus spreads through the mask and hands.

Masks protect individuals from viruses, but in order to prevent the spread of viruses, masks which destroy viruses as soon as they reach them must be widely spread.

WHO, 기 위해 한국화학융합시험연구원 및 SELS 연구소에서 바이러스 시험을 수행하였습니다.  그 결과 병원성 Human influenza A(H1N1) 바이러스, MS-2 bacteriophage 바이러스가 5분내에 99.9% 불활성화 되는것을 확인하였습니다.
